  1. Man, man, o, man you truly admired ROMA, huh? If it’s also up for BP GOLD come Tuesday morning, it will win, if not GREEN BOOK, something my gut instinct has said 2 & 1/2 months & prior to going to that fine, low key, message picture production Just check out a ton of past BEST PICTURE WINNERS & GB fits in perfecto!
No matter what I wager now ROMA still takes home the most statuettes with 3 to 4 this year. (P.S. on a lighter note has anybody on here-(OFCS) seen either STAN & OLLIE or DUMBO-(March) yet, either way please let me know

  2. Almost 4-got, down here we now have Florida Film Critics awards, they are fairly young & are very much pc in all voting though I’ve know Mr. Bob Ross of the Tampa Tribune approx. 10 or more years, used to speak to him on the regular ol telephone as well They fired him-(Tampa Trib) He still correspondts with me & the other first string critic down here is Mr. Steve Persall of what was St. Petersburg Times, back in early, mid 1990’s used to talk to him once in awhile. He’ & Bob are now with FL Film Critics Always liked Bob Ross a lot better though myself They went in a different way with it’s awards this time out& here they are directly from my files>THE FAVOURITE, J. PHOENIX, MELISSA McCARTHY, STEVEN YEUNG, “Burning” & BD Curan (PLEASE DO REPLY, ANYTHING SO I KNOW YOU REC. THIS A-OK THANX AGAIN
